Battling anxiety with more uncertainty

I don't know if I am going to post this one, because I'm actually randomizing the decision. I feel like it helps my anxiety, knowing that this post may never see the light and I don't have to put too much mental energy into it. This idea came to me while I was watching a youtube video. It was one of Zach Hazard's The Long Dark livestreams. But I was watching it and reflecting on how effortless all this commentary seemed to me. I would imagine that I would look and give the vibe of a tryhard if I did the same thing. Then I remembered watching another youtube video, this one was a singing coach saying that anxiety is a major factor in your voice sounding off. It doesn't necessarily have to be that you're tone deaf. And I still think the remark is relevant for me. So for this post and others in the future I'm just going to use random.org with a yes and no on the list of values. That's how I'll decide whether to keep a post or scrap it. It's funny how more uncertainty is the answer to battle my anxiety.
