Listening to jazz made my life much better

Just enjoying different aspects of my life made it easier for me to find beauty in the next thing. I think it's a cheat code to life. Basically, jazz lets you practice joy. I put one of the albums on my song recs tab so far, but it's a good one.

I also noticed that it depends on your mood and/or your environment whether or not you will actually enjoy the album or the song you're listening to. I gathered that a good part of enjoyment is novelty and whether something interesting is going on in the track. A good way to find what you're looking for is reddit and maybe playing a mix of a song you like.

I don't know. I think jazz taught me how to find ways to give myself a present. I'm constantly looking for ways to make myself happy now. My enjoyment became one of the highest priorities in my everyday life. I also want to emphasize that it has to be something you actually enjoy, something that speaks to your soul I guess. It has to be new as well. The more diversity and change in things you enjoy -- the better.
